The 44th annual Southern Alberta Summer Games will be held July 3rd - 6th in Taber with 19 different events being offered including Cycling, Swimming, Photography, Basketball and much more.
Last year Team Medicine Hat finished with 79 Medals (47 Gold, 14 Silver and 18 Bronze) and 741 points. Let's beat that total this year and show Southern Alberta what we've got.
You are eligible to compete for Team Medicine Hat if you live in Medicine Hat or have an address within the city limits. If you live in Cypress County or Redcliff please contact codnic@cypress.ab.ca about joining the Cypress County team.

Grassroots Competition
The Southern Alberta Summer Games were created to provide a vehicle by which all communities, whatever their size, have the opportunity to become involved in a meaningful sports program and for the greatest number of people possible to participate in an enjoyable grass roots festival.
With a focus on mass participation, physical and social involvement, and fair play, the games encourage anyone and everyone to participate, no matter what their age, sex, or ability.
