City and College representatives met with Cultural Community groups on June 2, 2010. The meeting provided an opportunity to address concerns, answer questions and have the groups participate in a facilitated discussion.

The Cultural Community groups are taking the summer to collect information and generate details regarding their respective needs, requirements and options for current and future space.

The next facilitated meeting is planned for September 23, 2010 at which time each group will bring forward their information for preliminary discussions including needs, options, alternatives and costs. Based on the information presented a review of costs and options, as well as the stakeholder process, will be completed.   

An opportunity for public input will take place in the future.
