“Put Your Plan into Action”
Everyone loves a vibrant, busy and interesting city centre with unique shops and services, terrific food and drink venues and quality living space. The recently adopted Downtown Area Redevelopment Plan embraces these concepts and the City of Medicine Hat wants to put that plan into action. The Downtown Development Incentive Programs (DDIP) are intended to provide financial assistance to downtown property owners to put their plans into action, whether it’s redeveloping an old retails space, upgrading a second floor living space, or developing a new multi-use retail/office/residential building. We want to hear about your plans and we have five programs that may help you put action to your plans.
